I'm interested in your kitchens. What do I do now?

Once we have determined your basic requirements, via e-mail or by phone, our job begins to produce a basis for the floor plan and environmental images of your new kitchen. After you have chosen your solution, we will prepare the quote. If all your questions have been answered, we will send you the confirmation. The order will be initiated as soon as the payment has been processed. Delivery time varies – we will give you the lead time when you order.

How are your kitchens delivered?

All kitchens are delivered in flat packs and must therefore be assembled before final installation can begin. This is a carefully considered environmental decision. We want to transport goods, not air!

What delivery time should I expect?

Delivery time may vary depending on the design and material choices you make. However, you will be informed and kept updated throughout the process. Initially, we can only give a time frame, but an exact delivery date will be obtained well in advance of the goods being received.

Can I assemble and install my kitchen myself?

Absolutely! All products that come from Bo46 are designed for a simple and efficient installation. For a perfect result, it is important to keep the room clean and to be thorough. If you feel unsure, we recommend a professional installer.

How do I assemble the cabinets?

The cabinets are designed for tool-free installation and no coupling fittings need to be installed by you as a customer. The cabinets are symmetrically designed so there is nothing set up or down. Thus, there is no right or left. This means that you don't have to think about which part should go where during assembly.

Can I design my own kitchen?

Yes, it is possible to make a kitchen of your own design. In-house design refers to special dimensions, but also a special design of doors.

Where can I look at your products?

Bo46 has chosen to work according to the motto: never onsite, only online. In other words, no expensive premises for offices, representation or exhibitions. We strive for a cost-effective organization with values that go beyond a plastered façade.

Why have you chosen to only be online?

Our ambition is that you, as a customer, should only pay for what is important and only for what is required to deliver your furniture on time, with high quality and at an affordable level.

From a virtual showroom to manufacturing and then delivered to you as a customer, completely without intermediaries.

What is your return policy?

We take great care to develop thorough and tailor-made design solutions before we place your order. As a customer, you are involved in all of this work. We go through a carefully thought-out design process and our products are then made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations.

Should any mistakes be made on our part, we will of course correct them.

Is there a warranty on your products?

Yes, there is a warranty on all Bo46 products. However, the warranty period varies from product to product.
